At ADORA Creative, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to review all product details and reach out with any questions before making a purchase to ensure the product is right for you.
Exceptions
Refunds will only be issued in rare cases, such as:
Technical issues: If there is a problem with the file, such as a corrupted download, and we are unable to provide a suitable replacement.
Duplicate purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, please contact us with both order details, and we will assist you.
